The 60-year-old Cowherd is known for his brutally honest rants on his FS1 show.

On Wednesday, he spoke about value when it comes to players drafted in the NFL.

Cowherd believes players lose their worth once their selected by a team, and used an analogy for his argument.

“A car loses half its value the second you drive it off the lot,” Cowherd said.

And Cowherd also argued that LSU product Jayden Daniels, who won the 2023 Heisman Trophy and is projected to be a top-five pick, has plenty of value if a team were to trade up in the draft to select him.

“Jayden Daniels could fetch Bryce Young, a couple of first (round picks), a couple of second, and DJ Moore,” he said.

But then, Cowherd made fun of the second-year signal-caller Young and his worth.

“You couldn’t get a toasted bagel for (Young) now,” the Fox sports sports media personality said.
