Antonio Brown Calls Out Dave Portnoy And Barstool Sports

Antonio Brown’s Twitter feed is a fascinating insight into the mind of the troubled former NFL receiver, as he’s now taken to posting his thoughts about the sports world with the hashtag #CTESPN, a combination of CTE — the degenerative brain disease that many people believe fuels his erratic behavior — and ESPN, the famed sports network.

After it was reported that Tom Brady has “accepted” that his ex-wife’s relationship with her new boyfriend Joaquim Valente began prior to their official divorce, Brown chimed in to wonder “Did AB know already” by sharing photos of himself and Gisele Bundchen after the Tampa Bay Bucs’ Super Bowl win in 2021.

The day after mocking Brady, Brown then took aim at Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy and the rest of his company, by sharing what appears to be an AI-generated photo of a bunch of literal crackers writing articles, accompanied by the caption “Dave Portnoy and his minions writing articles to defend TB #CTESPN”

What Brown is likely referring to is a pair of articles written by one of Barstool’s bloggers, a boomer named Jerry Thorton. First, the website covered Gisele’s potential infidelity in a 600+ word post (which declared “So it’s war, then.”) on February 23, before later calling out AB directly on February 28 following his mocking of Brady.

The article about AB called him the “worst human alive” while also telling Brown to “leep Brady’s ex-wife’s name out your f—— Twitter feed.”

“I’ve run out of ways to list just how horrifically, irredeemably gawdawful a person Antonio Brown is. Even if I just limited myself to the times he’s gone out of his way to be a depraved, amoral, degenerate hemorrhoid on the butthole of the man who resurrected his career and took him into his own home twice, I’d never run out of examples,” the article reads.

Barstool certainly makes a point about Brady, as he did, in fact, resurrect Brown’s career in order to help his own, knowing full well the extent of Brown’s said “depraved, amoral, degenerate” behavior, considering that a litany of troubling allegations and erratic actions were the reason that his previous two teams, the Raiders and Patriots, decided to cut ties with him.
