Dewan is introspective, so much so that she wrote a book called Gracefully You, about the obstacles she’s faced, including a divorce after 9 years of marriage. (She currently appears very happy with fiancé Steve Kazee.) “It sort of ends with the thought of, ‘If I had gone through what I’ve gone through in the last couple of years, what would I want to read? That’s what I thought. I get this question all the time from women, they’re like, ‘I’ve started my life over and want some advice.’ And so I thought, you know what? I want to share a little bit of my life,” she told People.

“I follow Harley Pasternak. I’ve worked with him for the last, like, eight years or so, and he really works for me because he’s just very sensible. He talks about incorporating protein and the right fibers into your diet. Before Harley, I thought I couldn’t eat carbs, but he’s like, ‘No, you just have to have whole grains and whole grains full of fiber, and that will leave you satiated.’ So I just love his eating program because it’s very sustainable. Breakfast could be egg whites and avocado on Ezekiel bread, and I usually scramble in vegetables because it’s a super-easy way to get your vegetables,” she told Byrdie.

Lovato prioritizes mental health. “I think that it’s important that I use my voice for more than just singing and I just know how important it is to use my platform to help others and to share my story in hopes it inspires people to either get into recovery or better themselves,” the 25-year-old said on GMA. “Whatever it is, I just want people to know they’re not alone and I’m here for them.”

Tisdale has her own wellness website, Freshe. There she gives great advice like: “Routines are what you make of them. Nobody looks forward to a routine composed solely of chores and obligations. And while you’ll always have not-so-thrilling tasks on your to-do list (hello, pile of laundry!) it’s possible to transform them into something you don’t dread… and perhaps even look forward to. So if you don’t love unloading the dishwasher, try doing it while speaker-phoning a friend or family member. Or if you feel too tired to exercise at the end of the day, consider switching your workout to the morning, when it’ll increase your energy levels and provide an early win for the day.”

Ren is reportedly gluten free. “A gluten-free diet will definitely take some adjusting to, but it isn’t a sentence to a life without bread, pasta or other foods you love. Thanks to the many gluten-free products and recipes readily available today, it’s possible to follow a gluten-free diet and still enjoy many of your favorite foods. It just requires some extra effort and care,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

She wants to “be intentional about my education on my body, taking care of myself, going to the doctor, making sure I was having routine checkups and all of that. And so when the uterine scare happened, it was years ago, but at the time I remember thinking ‘This is crazy.’ It was like one day, everything can be fine, and the next day everything can be completely different. And I think we often think of ourselves as invincible and think that certain things could never happen to us until they do, or until they come close to happening,” she told Pop Culture.

“We want to be healthy and lean…but you don’t have to [starve yourself] to get there,” Bock told Sports Illustrated. “I figured [out] the balance of the workout, the sleep, the eating that just works for me.” She added: “The more I share about working out and about health and wellness, I get more feedback of, ‘Oh, it’s really good to see you work for this,'” she says. “For a long time, I got, ‘Oh, you’re a model, you’re just like that.'”
