Rick Ross had a humbling experience during a recent trip to London when he tried to gain entry into Buckingham Palace and was, unsurprisingly, denied.
After sharing a photo of himself outside the Queen’s house, Ross explained in a video posted to his Instagram Story that he actually tried to go inside the palace, but, in “one of the first times in a long time,” he couldn’t sway security.
“Alright so y’all saw me go to Buckingham Palace,” the rapper said. “I pulled the homie to the side and told him you know, who I was, the Biggest Boss. And for one of the first times in a long time that didn’t get me in. It didn’t get me through the gates.”
Somehow, the video gets even more unbelievable, as Ross explains, straight-faced, “I didn’t get to sit at the table, but what he did do was refer me to a spot and they said they’d be waiting on me and I can pick the lobster that I wanted to eat so I forgave him.” Watch the astonishing clip below.
