BAKER Mayfield’s family is about to get bigger as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers star and his wife, Emily, have announced they’re expecting a baby daughter.
The former NFL No. 1 overall pick’s relationship with the social media influencer and former plastic surgery clinic worker is blossoming three years after the pair tied the know.

Baker, 28, and Emily, 32, “were struck by love at first sight” when they first met in 2017, the couple wrote on their foundation’s website.
The social media star, whose maiden name is Wilkinson, comes from Omaha, Nebraska.
She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in business administration in 2013.
Emily then moved to Los Angeles, California, where she worked at a bar before taking up a role as a patient coordinator for a plastic surgery clinic, per Us Magazine.
The influencer had dealt with fame even before meeting Mayfield.
Her brother, Sammy, is a successful musician and internet personality who’s collaborated with the likes of Shawn Mendes and Jack & Jack.
Over the years, Emily has gained a huge following herself.
She started modeling for various brands and advertising products on social media with her following on Instagram now at over 219,000 followers.

The influencer would eventually star alongside her beau in a Progressive commercial, too.
Sparks might have flown when Emily and Baker first met, but the then-Oklahoma standout had to work hard to make their first date happen.
The quarterback messaged and continuously followed and unfollowed her on Instagram before the model finally agreed to get lunch together ahead of the Rose Bowl in his senior year.
“I was assuming he’d be the typical playboy athlete,” Emily told ESPN in 2019.
They moved in together — and with her brothers — three days later and after six months, Mayfield popped the big question.
The pair had a wonderful outdoor wedding in Malibu, California, in 2019.
And now, baby girl Mayfield is on the way.
“We’ve been hiding a little something,” Emily and Baker shared in a joint Instagram post on Monday.
It featured a picture of the pair posing with their dog Fergus at the beach and the mom-to-be holding a sonogram picture.
“But we are THRILLED to share that baby girl Mayfield will be joining our crazy crew in early April 2024,” the post read.
Mayfield has rejuvenated his career since joining the Buccaneers before the 2023 NFL season.
Back in the starting quarterback’s role, the Texas native logged 2,790 passing yards and 18 touchdowns on 260 completions while throwing eight interceptions in his first 12 games for Tampa Bay.
With the Bucs owning a 5-7 record, they keep their playoff hopes alive entering Week 14.
