In case her looks and talent weren’t already enough to make her one of the most desirable women on earth then her personality certainly will, as it appears Dua Lipa can drink with the best of them. For a little while, at least.
A few weeks ago, we brought you the video of Lipa participating in Seth Meyers’ “Day Drinking” series, which is one of the best running bits on late-night television, as Meyers gets his celebrity guests properly hammered.
Lipa and Meyers drank A LOT, to the point where Lipa was singing Happy Birthday in a cockney accent and teaching Meyers how to say “F your mother” in Albanian.
What he didn’t see, however, is that Lipa apparently got so thoroughly wasted that she fell asleep in the bar’s bathroom and had to be wheelchaired out by her team.
The 28-year-old pop star and actress made a return appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers to recount the day.
Lipa and Meyers then made up some of the segments they weren’t able to get to last time, such as drinking shots out a Barbie house luge (complete with Barbie-versions of Dua and Seth) and getting matching tattoos.
Lipa was on Late Night to promote a few things: Barbie is likely diving head first into its award season campaign following the Golden Globes, and she’s also going to be starring in Matthew Vaughn’s Argylle, which will release in movie theaters on Friday, February 2. Vaughn has previously directed the Kingsman films, in addition to X-Men: First Class and Layer Cake.
She’s also got her third studio album on the way, although that has neither an official title nor release date.
