During the Philadelphia Eagles’ 32-9 loss to the Tampa Bay Bucs in the Wild Card round on Monday night, quarterback Jalen Hurts was seen on the sideline getting chewed out by tight end Dallas Goedert.

Near the start of the 4th quarter, ESPN cameras caught Goedert gesticulating toward Hurts while saying something in an apparently aggressive manner.

While it’s unclear exactly what Goedert said to Hurts, it was enough for backup quarterback Marcus Mariota to try and half-heartedly calm him down.

In the Wild Card round loss to the Bucs, Hurts finished the game completing 25 of 35 passes for 250 yards and a touchdown, and also carried the ball just one time for five yards. Goedert finished the night catching four passes for 21 yards and a touchdown.

The loss to the Bucs was the culmination of an epic collapse to the Eagles’ season, as the defending NFC champions posted a 1-7 record (including the playoffs) after starting the season at 10-1, with their lone win since November coming against the New York Giants.

The Eagles finished the regular season with an 11-6 record, becoming the first team in NFL history to not reach 12 wins after beginning the season with 10 wins after 11 games.

Hurts was the subject of tons of criticism on social media following the game, with tons of NFL fans cracking jokes about the former University of Alabama and University of Oklahoma QB.

The Eagles will now head into the offseason facing tons of questions about their future as the team must evaluate whether the end of this season was an unfortunate blip or a harbinger of the direction of the franchise. It certainly doesn’t help the speculation that Jason Kelce has announced he is retiring and that reports indicate that the franchise is considering firing head coach Nick Sirianni.
