Charlotte Flair In Workout Gear Says “Can We Get To Aries Season Already” — Celebwell

Wrestling star Charlotte Flair is already looking forward to her birthday (the daughter of wrestling legend Ric Flair turns 38 on April 5), judging by her recent social media posts. Flair shared pictures of herself wearing gray workout leggings and a matching sports bra, posing in a car with her blonde hair in a braid. “Can we just get to ARIES ♈️ season already 🙏🥰,” she captioned the post. “Yes please ! ♈️ gang!” commented wrestler Mia Yim. Here’s how the athlete stays strong and always ready for a fight.

Flair loves Olympic lifting, taking inspiration from John Cena’s training regimen. “I want to be in the best shape of my life,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “I’ve done CrossFit and I was really into running in college, but right now I love bodybuilding… You have to follow a system and track it, and be regimented. I’m like, OK, can I get a bigger butt? Can I get bigger shoulders?”

Flair also does cardio and HIIT workouts as part of her training routine. “I’ll cycle with an app where we do 20 seconds on, and 20 seconds off, or I’ll ride around the park,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “We’ll do pull ups, dips and push ups before we start the workout.” Despite wrestling in the first ever women’s Hell in a Cell match, and consistently putting her body on the line, Flair still feels as healthy as ever. “I was a gymnast when I was younger, and there is something to knowing your body, like how to hold it, and balance.”

Flair associates food with family time, and especially loves anything spicy. “I have spent my whole life wanting to go out and try new cuisines but keeping a balance,” she told Food & Beverage Magazine. “I stay in Marriott hotels that offer a kitchen. If I leave on a Thursday, I will pack 20 to 25 meals with what I call my very big, oversized lunchbox. I will pack items such as grilled chicken and broccoli, quesadillas with chicken, and my favorite of steak and red peppers.”

Flair keeps a food journal to stay accountable with her treats. “I love ice cream, chocolate, cheeseburgers, and tacos, but I have developed a plan that I can enjoy food and not worry about it being labeled bad or not healthy,” she told Food & Beverage Magazine. “There is always a way to make the food you love enjoyable, healthy, and a part of your dining routine if you commit to it.”

Flair is proud of her work ethic and wants to be taken seriously for it. “Here’s the thing, I am the only person that shows up to work 365 days a year,” she said on X [formerly Twitter]. “I’m never sick, I’m never hurt, I’m the hardest working person in this company. I’m on RAW, I’m on SmackDown, hell, I do media for FOX and I’m not even on FOX and then they sent me to NXT. I do anything and everything they ask because I love this business and I strive for greatness.”
