Blac Chyna takes out second loan for $240K on $3.8m LA home after losing Kardashian legal battle & saying she’s ‘broke’

Blac Chyna previously admitted to having money troubles and only a few thousand dollars in her bank account

BLAC Chyna has quietly taken out a second loan for $240,000 on her $3.8 million Los Angeles home after claiming last year she was broke.

The reality TV star, who now goes by her birth name Angela White, is still living in her luxury house in Woodland Hills near Calabasas.

But after quitting OnlyFans, she admitted to money troubles and took out a $2.6 million mortgage on the property early in 2023.

Now, paperwork obtained by The U.S. Sun shows she has borrowed another $241.695.00, with the lender listed as KBP Dumont, LLC, based in Encino.

The 15-page deed of trust document was signed by Angela Renee White on December 19, 2023, and lists her address in Woodland Hills.

The mom of two lives in the eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom home with her children, which she bought back in 2018.

The star’s master bedroom has its own fireplace, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private patio with views of the pool.

The home also boasts a spa, outside bathroom, covered patio, and landscaping, along with a two-bed, three-bath guest house for the star’s visitors.

MONEY CONFESSION

The kitchen has top-of-the-range stainless steel appliances, a center island, six-burner stove, walk-in pantry, and marble countertops, according to Realtor.

There is also a custom-built glass wine cellar in the multi-million-dollar home, although Chyna is now more than a year sober after transforming her life.

She first previously took out a big mortgage on her current home in February 2023, borrowing $2,638,000, which has to be paid back in full no later than March 1, 2053.

The lender, featured in a 13-page deed document, was listed as Hometown Equity Mortgage, LLC.

The 35-year-old first got candid about her finances with TikTok star Mister Lewis, who asks people on camera in the street how much they earn and what they do for a living.

She told him in the clip from February 2023, “I’m an entrepreneur, I’m a mom, I own multiple businesses, I’m a TV personality.”

She declined to reveal how much she makes a year, but using her real name, admitted, “Honestly, Angela White is broke,” before winking at the camera.

The Rob & Chyna alum then admitted she only had $3,000 in her bank account, but insisted she had a good credit score of 768.

Asked if she has any investments, she replied, “I mean honestly, I just invested in myself.”

Mister Lewis presumed she was earning at least $10 million a year after success on the adult subscription site OnlyFans, but she admitted it was a lot less than that.

She has since been working on her music and appeared on the reality Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, but appears to still be having money troubles.

Chyna also still runs a hair business, Hearts Pure, along with Lashed Cosmetics, selling her products online.

She has also been getting thrifty, revealing last year she pulled in more than $178,000 from selling her old clothes, shoes, and accessories to support herself.

Chyna is a mom to two children; daughter Dream, 7, with ex Rob Kardashian, and her son, King Cairo, 11, with rapper Tyga.

CHILD SUPPORT FIGHT

She previously lost her legal fight against the Kardashians after suing them for more than $100 million for getting her reality TV show Rob & Chyna canceled on E!, which they always denied.

She first previously took out a big mortgage on her current home in February 2023, borrowing $2,638,000, which has to be paid back in full no later than March 1, 2053.

Back in 2022, both Rob and Tyga hit out at Chyna after she claimed that she was getting no support as a single mother.

“Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars …my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA,” adding, “Single no support child support.”

Her exes both denied the claims at the time, with Tyga alleging he paid $40,0000 a year for King Cairo’s school and that his son lived with him Tuesday to Saturday so he paid no child support.

The pair later ended up in court and Chyna was granted 50/50 custody in December after a lengthy battle.

Rob also posted on social media, “I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol.”
