In on video, the mum of five and grandmother of two can be seen doing an intense work out at the gym.
She uses a pulley machine to pull down heavy weights, crunching her abs as she shows of her strength.
Cristina sports a tiny black sports bra, which shows off her rock solid abs and toned figure.
In another video, Cristina can be seen proudly showing off a trophy she has won for body building.
She is wearing a bejewelled pink bikini and has bleached blonde hair and thick makeup on her eyelids.
In a third video, Cristina again shows off her bulging muscles in a tiny bikini.
She says: “To those that think a woman over a certain age shouldn’t show off, I say, at 63 years old I win bodybuilding competitions, what are you doing?”
