CARS are full of compartments – many of which we never use and some which we don’t even know about.
One motorist has revealed on TikTok that his Porsche is hiding a “dark secret” in its boot with two hidden handles.
The 22-second clip was posted by ‘nathansbmwworkshop’, who also has his own YouTube channel.
In the video, Nathan reveals to the audience that his Porsche has two compartments down the side of his car’s boot.
The tongue-in-cheek clip is titled with the words “This Porsche Has A dark Secret !!!” as he presses open the compartments.
“The two secret compartments the Porsche dealer does not want you to know about is big enough to put quite a bit of stuff in”.
Inside the lefthand compartment he finds a $100 bill and remarks “there’s something in there”.
The humour appears to be that Porsche drivers, like himself are rich.
Most commenters on the video missed the joke Nathan was making.
“It was secret compartment with a door that has a handle on it really dude,” said one commenter.
“How is it a secret…it’s got a handle,” said another commenter.
“How’s secret they can tell it opens and I’m sure would check when bought,” said a third.
Others, however, did see the joke.
“Each one hold about 1kilo, of what I have no idea,” said one.
“There’s a big secret compartment on the passenger side on the lower side of the dash two it’s called a glove box,” said another.
Meanwhile, drivers have been left stunned after discovering a secret compartment in their car doors.
The obscure finding – a tiny hole in the inner door panel – was revealed on TikTok and has since gone viral on social media.
The video, captioned “What!! Who knew to do this?” shows what looks like a small plug being removed from the door to and water pouring out.
