WWE star Sasha Banks is doing a new shoot for Instagram. In it, she posed in a black and white patterned bikini. She lounged with shadows over her face. She captioned the photo, “100 vision state of mind.” How does she stay so fit? Banks spilled some of her diet and workout secrets to FOX Sports AU. She says that she used to try to find healthy restaurants to order from whenever she traveled. However, this proved to be difficult and she decided to start cooking for herself. “It’s probably saving me like $200 a week by making my own food. I make ground turkey, ground buffalo, chicken and vegetables. I feel like my body has changed completely knowing what ingredients you’re putting in your body.”

Another thing Banks does to stay fit on the road is keep up her workout regime. She tells FOX Sports that she likes to go to local gyms. “Me, Bayley, Seth Rollins and Cesaro try to find a CrossFit gym in any town we’re in,” she says.

Being a wrestler, Banks’ workout routine naturally includes a lot of weights. She tells FOX Sports, “We probably spend two hours in the gym. If you want to look like me, that’s the way it goes. When I first started I didn’t know how to lift a dumbbell and now my max deadlift is 215.”

Banks tells FOX Sports that she likes to hit the gym with her fellow wrestlers. “I’m a lot stronger than Bayley. I like training with her. Anything she can do, I can do better.”

Banks revealed some of her favorite healthy snacks in this video with First We Feast. She says that she loves nuts as a healthy option. “I just like eating clean,” she says. “Nuts are so good for you. They’re good in antioxidants, inflammation, and if you just need a quick fix of energy.”
