JOJO Siwa skyrocketed to fame after starring on hit TV show Dance Moms with her own mom Jessalynn.
The star, 20, has amassed a huge following and found her own independent success since leaving the drama but remains close with her parents Jess and Tom.

Jessalynn starred alongside her daughter on Abby Lee Miller’s Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition when JoJo was just nine-years-old.
They had moved from Omaha, Nebraska to California to boost Jojo’s career and the young talent bagged herself a spot at the finals.
This landed her a role on Dance Moms, season five, with proud mom Jess.
Despite speculation, JoJo shut down any rumors her mom was a notorious stage mom and said she was “literally the most opposite of that”, on Today.
The 49-year-old is also a dance instructor and choreographer herself, owning her own studio Just Dance Co for 20 years before it closed down in 2016.
However, their stint on the controversial show only lasted two seasons and JoJo then focused on her YouTube channel and music career.
Jess previously told People JoJo was like her “little sidekick” and the pair went everywhere together.
“You could go to lunch with me and my friends and you could hand, and then we would to go Target after. We were just friends,” she said.
The proud mom has also launched her own podcast called Success with Jess.
Jess and her husband Tom still live with JoJo in her LA home as a tight-knit family.
Speaking with People, JoJo once said: “The thing I admire most about my mother is that when she’s right, and when she knows she’s right, she doesn’t back down.”
Who is JoJo Siwa’s dad, Tom?
JoJo appears equally close to her doting father Tom, who worked as a chiropractor.
In an Instagram post, she penned a heartwarming tribute to her dad which read: “Thank you for always being there for me, unlocking my ankles when ever they get stuck (which is at least twice a week), taking me to buy cars, and everything in between:) and of course can’t leave out our ‘don’t tell Mom’ moments.”
The dad used to work for Northwest Chiropractic in Omaha before the family relocated to support JoJo’s dance dreams.
Jess and Tom tied the knot in 1998 and often post sweet tributes to each other on social media when celebrating anniversaries.

Jess and Tom share two children together, JoJo and her brother Jayden.
Jayden is close to his sibling and appeared on Siwas Dance Pop Revolution, JoJo’s Juice and Celebrity Family feud.
Jay is older than JoJo, born May 20, 2000, and has always stood by his sister on her rise to fame.
The 23-year-old has earned his own successful influencing career, amassing 135,000 followers on Instagram.
