Loureda does a lot of workouts to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do is weight train. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself at the gym. In them, Loureda is seen doing squat lunges and bicep curls with a push-up with hand weights. She captioned the post, “Knockoutz on my head.”

Loureda makes sure to workout her entire body. That includes her legs and glutes. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing lower body workouts outside with her friends. Loureda makes sure to stay motivated to workout. She shares how she keeps this motivation up in an interview with Vital Proteins. “Honestly, it’s all about how bad you want it. There are days where I am less motivated than others, but I remind myself of my dreams and everything I want to accomplish, and it helps me push through the workout.”

While training for fights is important to Loureda, so is her recovery process. She shared what she does to recover to Vital Proteins. “On both training days and active recovery days, I drink a lot of water and try to eat clean. On active recovery days, doing yoga is my go-to because it helps to release the lactic acid from my legs and the next morning I am not as sore.”
