TJ Holmes quietly moved into a humble rented New York City apartment, though he is mostly “living with Amy Robach.”
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that TJ, 46, quietly moved into a two-bedroom apartment in May of 2023.

According to the property’s records, the home was recently rented at just under $7,000 a month, and it features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It also boasts a separate dining room and an in-unit washer-dryer.
However, a source said that the former anchor doesn’t spend much time at his place, and is typically found at Amy‘s more expansive apartment, which is a quick 15-minute walk away.
Amy moved into her swanky $4 million three-bedroom pad with a patio and a second private outdoor space sometime late last year, as The U.S. Sun recently exclusively revealed.
Her abode, which was previously two separate units that were combined, spans an impressive 1,900 square feet with massive floor-to-ceiling windows.
Amy’s home boasts custom cabinets, teak flooring, and a large double-door coat closet for guests.
Her bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, with a double vanity, marble countertops, and a separate shower stall.
The kitchen is home to top-of-the-line Bosch appliances and the dining room is complete with fine built-in leather seating.

It appears that Amy is also renting her unit.
The ex-GMA3 co-hosts have been dating since November 2022, when their relationship was leaked to the public and while they were both still married to their significant others.
Amy, 50, and boyfriend TJ have been opening up about their lives in their new podcast, and the couple recently discussed issues they were working through in their relationship.

During an episode of their podcast that the couple released on January 23, Amy became emotional while discussing the distance she felt with TJ in the days leading up to their recorded chat.
“We’re spending hours and hours side by side, working on things. We work differently, we’ve discovered, when it comes to brainstorming, coming up with ideas, thinking about guests, thinking about content,” Amy began.
“I like to talk it out and brainstorm and throw things out and up, and you like to quietly do your thing by yourself. And so what we’ve ended up doing is sitting in silence for hours next to each other, and it’s exhausting.”
“I’m not great at that,” she confessed.
“So when I’m sitting next to somebody, who I know we’re both working hard, but I feel is completely emotionally removed from our relationship,” she went on.
“So it’s the struggle of, yes, we’ve always worked together and gotten along, but this is a different kind of working together. The last few days, I’ve felt disconnected to you.”
Later in the episode, Amy fought back tears while calling out TJ for bottling up his feelings.
“Do you know what it’s like to feel shut out from the person that you love?” Amy said as she began to cry.
TJ apologized to her and then asked if she was “scared” of their relationship falling apart.
“I’m not scared when we’re talking. I’m scared when we’re not,” Amy responded.
RELATIONSHIP WOES
The former news anchors sacrificed a lot when they began dating after years of co-hosting GMA3 together.
They lost their gigs on the ABC show after news of their alleged affair broke – which Amy said was “unfairly taken from us.”
Both at the time were married to their now ex-spouses – Amy to Melrose Place alum Andrew Shue, 56, and TJ to the mother of his 10-year-old daughter, Sabine, Marilee Fiebig, 46.
Andrew and Marilee have since bonded over their shared heartbreak and it was recently revealed they have been dating for months.
Meanwhile, Amy and TJ have teased their plans to get married, but sources claimed Amy has some reservations.
“Amy has trust issues in their relationship. She just doesn’t fully trust him, so she wants him around all the time,” a source recently told The U.S. Sun.
