Ticketmaster shows 2,000 seats remain unsold for each August gig.

The lowest price we found was £281 — reaching £1,070 for a prime stage-side spot.

They are the first European gigs for Adele, 35, since 2015.

After The Sun story, fans wrote online: “Adele ticket prices are insane.

“Why are artists making it so difficult for regular people to see them live?”

An industry source said: “If seats don’t sell, promoters might have to consider reducing prices. Hotel prices are through the roof. It’s a mess.”

Initially, she announced six dates, before adding four more due to incredibly high demand.

The Someone Like You star posted online: “I’ve been content as anything with my shows in London’s Hyde Park and my residency in Vegas, so I hadn’t had any other plans.

“However, I was too curious to not follow up and indulge in this idea — a one-off, bespoke pop-up stadium designed around whatever show I want to put on?

“Pretty much slap bang in the middle of Europe? In Munich? That’s a bit random, but still fabulous!”
