Action movie star Sylvester Stallone and his wife of 25 years, Jennifer Flavin, are reportedly setting their differences aside and getting back together.

The shocking news comes just weeks after Flavin filed to divorce the “Rambo” actor, sighting that their marriage was “irrevocably broken.”

The supermodel filed for divorce against Stallone in Palm Beach county in Florida, and also demanded full use of their Palm beach home during the court process. At the time, she also accused Stallone of attempting to hide their marital assets.

In the weeks following the news of their divorce, both Flavin and Stallone maintained a normal social media presence, but Stallone shared several photos of himself and Flavin leading many to believe that there could still be a possibility of the pair coming together again and ending the divorce proceedings.

In the former model’s lawsuit, she filed per Closer Weekly, “Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.” Flavin also asked, “to be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor.”

But, Page Six, says a rep of Stallone shared that the couple has decided to get back together as they both linked up at their home, talked through the difficulties, and were able to settle their differences. Adding, “they decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences,” including that the pair are “extremely happy.”

The outlet also confirmed that the couple has officially filed to put a hold on the divorce proceedings with an order of abatement filed earlier this week.

The Marriage Almost Ended Over A Dog?

According to sources for TMZ, Stallone and Flavin fell out over a dog. The source shared that Stallone wanted to get a second pet dog, a Rottweiler, to help protect their family, but Flavin was highly against it.

News of the dog-related quarrel got worse when Stallone changed a tattoo of his wife to that of a dog. Many fans took this as the star trying to rid himself completely of his longtime partner.

Stallone had a very large image of Flavin on his shoulder, but coincidentally, as reports of their impending divorce started circulating, the star was seen getting new ink of a dog to cover his wife’s face.

The Dog Tattoo Was Due To A Mix-Up

After reports made the round that the star had changed the tattoo to spite his wife, a spokesperson of his clarified that it was actually not the case. Stallone’s rep per Daily Mail stated that the change was done weeks before Flavin filed for a divorce and had nothing to do with her.

According to People, the tattoo artist himself confirmed that Stallone did not intend to spite his wife and actually wanted to change up the image to look like a Wonder Woman version of Flavin.

The tattoo artist shared that in a bid to give the Flavin tattoo a Wonder Woman facelift, things went left, and the image got ruined, so the star had no choice but to do a cover-up with a dog.
