BRITNEY Spears’ father, Jamie, has been living in an RV outside the star’s warehouse for the past six years – and has even bought a plot of land next door.

Jamie, 71, and Britney, 42, finally settled their case over her 13-year-long conservatorship last week – with a judge ordering the singer to foot her dad’s $2 million legal bills.

While Jamie has been accused of pocketing millions from his famous daughter over the years, it appears he hasn’t had a home to call his own since he sold Britney’s childhood house in Kentwood, Louisiana, in 2021 for just $275,000 to a local, who last October put it on the market for $1.2 million.

The most recent pic, taken by Google Maps in July 2023, shows Jamie’s RV parked up at a storage facility owned by Britney – where she is believed to store her memorabilia.

Jamie was pictured earlier last year living in his RV and is believed to have been living in the motorhome on the property since 2018.

According to Official Tangipahoa Parish Council documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, Jamie also bought a plot of land in December 2022 for $54,510, directly next to the warehouse.

However, two years after Jamie’s 9.09-acre land purchase, aerial photos do not show any signs of construction.

No records to date indicate Jamie buying a new permanent home.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Jamie and Britney’s representatives for comment.

BRITNEY’S BUSINESS

Britney established Bridgmore Timber LLC in 2000, which was reportedly managed by Jamie through the duration of her conservatorship.

Bridgmore Timber LLC was first tied to this Louisiana warehouse address back in November 2011.

The warehouse spans 10.4 acres and is reportedly where Britney stores prized items from her pop career.

Britney Spears will ‘not simply be put back into conservatorship’ by parents easily as memoir drama looms, says TV judge

Records show Jamie’s company Spears Management Inc. paid Bridgmore Timber LLC $31,500 for a 30-year lease from December 12, 2017, for the third bay of the warehouse.

The contract states that the amount has since been waived because Jamie paid for some construction costs.

BRITNEY’S BATTLE

In November 2021, Jamie was removed from his position as Britney’s conservator.

Over her 13-year-long conservatorship, it has been estimated that Jamie was up by about $5 million from the pop star by pocketing monthly fees.

Britney Spears’ conservatorship timeline

In September 2021, Britney’s case returned to a Los Angeles courtroom where Judge Brenda Penny made a number of bombshell rulings, following her father’s decision to end the conservatorship the month prior.

She ruled to rid Jamie of his daughter’s conservatorship, however, it did not mean the end of the conservatorship altogether.

Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penny said: “Based on what I read in the filings, and I read everything. I do believe the suspension of Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears.

“The current situation is unattainable. The court finds the toxic environment Jamie Spears has created needs to be removed today.”

Following the judge’s decision, a temporary conservator was put in Jamie’s place for about a month.

In early November 2021, Jamie was back in court filing new legal documents that show he’s done fighting.

Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for stepping down but documents at the time showed that he was not seeking any further compensation.

On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in favor of the pop star, removing Jamie from the position of conservator without requiring any further mental examination from Britney.

Now that Britney has been freed from her conservatorship since 2021, she is estimated to be worth and in control of her $60 million estate.

Three years later and Britney and Jamie have finally settled on an undisclosed amount to close the ongoing battle.

LOW PROFILE

Since Jamie was removed as Britney’s conservator, he has been keeping a low profile and has mostly been spotted around his RV in Louisiana.

In 2023, Jamie had a leg amputation procedure and was spotted in a wheelchair at the warehouse.

Jamie’s amputation was the result of an infection from a knee replacement surgery.

At the time of his amputation, a source told TMZ he had plans to be fitted with a prosthetic leg.
