Sofia Resing Shares Swimsuit Photo From Milagres

Sofia Resing is back in Brazil and in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Sports Illustrated model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while frolicking on the beach in her home country, driving her followers wild with her Instagram photo. “Milagres Dum,” she captioned the snap. “Wowww beauty,” commented one. “Life goals,” added another. How does the stunner approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.

Sofia drinks her nutrients. “My morning routine consists of… making my own fresh green juice,” she told The Fashion Spot. “I usually add guarana powder, a Brazilian extract, for extra energy.”

After she drinks her green juice, “going to work out,” is next on Sofia’s agenda. “In New York I love to vary between functional training sessions and yoga,” she added. “Always better to work out with a partner 👯‍♀️ Thanks @kylerussellhoffman for a killer abs and arms day!!! Everything everywhere,” she captioned a video of her workout at the Alo Studio in New York.

Sofia is all about healthy eating. She tries to get lots of fresh produce in her diet, like “acai bowls and tapioca in the mornings” and “alkaline waters, fresh fruits and kombucha.”

Sofia is all about water sports. “When I am on the beach, I love to paddleboard if the water is flat and bodyboard if there are waves,” she told The Fashion Spot. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Sofia also loves hiking. “Cloudy days in Ibiza are for hiking,” she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Sofia can often be found with a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
