Strijd shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women’s Health. She says that she makes sure to take care of her skin, and that her diet plays a role in this. “I think it’s really important first to look at what I’m putting in my body, as it makes a difference to my skin. I’d drink lots of extra water; make sure I am eating lots of healthy fats and make sure I am getting enough sleep.”

In an interview with ELLE, Strijd shared her favorite workouts. She says that she does a lot of running type of workouts. “What I always fit in my workout schedule is running, incline walks and stairs. So I would say going on a treadmill, run 15 minutes, 15 minutes incline walk, run 15 minutes, 15 minutes incline walk. That will make you sweat, but you will feel energised.”

Strijd makes sure to stay motivated to workout. She shared where it comes from for her in an interview with Women’s Health. “My motivation is about how I want to feel. I want to make myself feel good from the inside out. Working out gives me energy and I think that’s the most important part. Even when I’m tired, if I make myself go to the gym, I always feel better about myself.”

Strijd eats healthy, and shared her diet secrets in an interview with HollywoodLife. “Breakfast is toast with avocado and an egg then I’ll probably have a snack around 11, like a nice piece of fruit. Lunch is mostly a good carb, like brown rice with chicken or salmon and some vegetables and then I’ll have a juice in the afternoon. At dinnertime, I’ll make a big salad or pasta — Anything I feel like!”

For Strijd, her approach to fitness means having balance. She talked about this in her HollywoodLife interview. “I’m trying to be in the best shape all year round — it’s easier. It’s about balance so I don’t feel like going super hard at one super moment. I also drink a lot of water because it just helps you to get everything going and move every day — even if it’s a walk.”
