Ora has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed her secrets to Vogue. Ora says that when it comes to skincare, she doesn’t have a set-in-stone routine. While Ora does things on a regular basis, most of what she does is determined by what she thinks her skin needs at the moment. “You have to, like, evaluate what’s happened to your face during the day,” she says.

One of Ora’s biggest skincare secrets? Self-love. She tells Vogue that she always makes herself feel good. “Give yourself a little look,” she says. “Tell yourself ‘you’re fantastic,’ and then you’re ready to roll.” “Winnowing out and focusing on the positive aspects of a situation are key factors in acquiring resilience—the ability to bounce back from bad times—that will help you weather the losses that may occur in the years ahead,” says Harvard Health.

Ora talked about her diet and fitness secrets to Shape. She says that she does a lot of circuit training to stay in shape. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.” “Strength training can help you tone your muscles and improve your appearance. With a regular strength training program, you can reduce your body fat, increase bone strength, increase your lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Ora’s secret to staying consistent with fitness? Going easy on herself. She tells Shape that she doesn’t push herself too hard anymore. “What I’ve learned is that you can take your time with training. You don’t have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I’m approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath-that feeling of contentment.”

Ora revealed her go-to meals to Shape. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. “In the morning, I have two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk. For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato.”
