RICKI Lake has flaunted her toned figure in leggings and a sports bra after the star revealed she dropped 30 pounds.
The former talk show host took to Instagram to open up about her fitness journey and show off her weight loss transformation.

The social media post included photos of Ricki, 55, and her husband Ross Burningham, 57, being active and flaunting their much-slimmer frames.
One photo captured the Hairspray actress walking outside in a sunhat and gray sweater while her husband trailed behind her.
A spicy snapshot showed the TV personality hugging close to Ross as the lawyer grabbed a handful of his wife’s behind.
Farther into the Instagram carousel post, a mirror selfie showed Ricki’s fit figure in profile while she wore just a black sports bra and matching skintight leggings.
The Cry-Baby actress’s flat stomach was on full display as she proudly smirked at the camera.
The last slide of the post featured a fitness app screengrab that revealed Ricki’s current weight, which was 140 lbs, and showcased her progress since November of last year.
Ricki captioned the post, “Hi friends. I’ve been wanting to share with you what I’ve been up to these last 4 months.
“On October 26th, 2023 I made a commitment to myself to get healthier. My husband, Ross joined me in this effort.
She continued, “Together we have each lost 30+ lbs. I really want to share, because we did this without relying on a pharmaceutical. (Not that there is anything wrong with that.)
“But neither of us were pre diabetic and both of us felt like we wanted to at least try and do it on our own.”
Ricki explained, “Being 55 and in perimenopause, I was a bit worried, that my body would not drop the lbs like it had in the past.
“I am so so proud of us. I feel amazing. I feel strong.”
The Ricki Lake Show host teased, “I will go in depth in another post of what I did exactly, but suffice to say this is the healthiest way I’ve lost weight in all of my years.”
In the comment section, one fan wrote, “What a great way to celebrate your fab fifties! Bravo to both of you!”
Another ex-talk show host, Rosie O’Donnell, commented, “looking great rick.”
“Hell yeah Ricki!!!!! Soooo impressed,” added Watch What Happens Live! host, Andy Cohen.
WEDDING BELLS
Two years ago, Ricki tied the knot with Ross in an intimate ceremony five years after the death of her ex-husband.
The special news comes less than a year after the former talk show host announced she and Ross were engaged.
Ricki took to Instagram to reveal to fans she is a married woman as she shared three photos of the ceremony, one of which showed her exchanging her vows.
The former TV star captioned, “We did it! 1/2/22. Ross and I said I DO!”
Fans were all about it as they took to the comments section to respond with one person saying, “I couldn’t love this more. Mazel Tov!!!”
Another chimed in, “Congratulations to you guys,” as more sent in their kind words, including some famous names.
Actress Cheryl Hines said, “That’s amazing! So much love to you!” while Hocus Pocus star Kathy Najimy wrote, “Richard!! Congratulations Angel head! I love you!!”
Ricki shared with her followers that she would soon be walking down the aisle, as she wrote, “Friends, I’m so so so excited to share some good news! I’m engaged!
“This is Ross. He is my person. He is wonderful.”
She continued, “I love him very much and I am so grateful I get to love and be loved so deeply by this stellar human. Our next chapter is sure to be a good one.”
This is not the first time that Ricki has been married as she tied the knot with Christian Evans back in 2012 before they parted ways in 2015.
Two years after their split, Christian, who battled bipolar disorder, died by suicide.
REMEMBERING CHRISTIAN
Last year Ricki remembered her ex in a tribute post: “Today, February 11th marks 4 years since the world lost this beautiful soul.
“Christian Evans continues to be my greatest teacher. Through his compassion and kindness for others, especially those suffering with mental illness.”
She added: “Forever grateful for the unconditional love we shared.”
