Mexican actress Michelle Renaud is showing fans how she lives her best life. The 34-year-old star posted a video of herself taking a freezing cold ice bath in a green bathing suit. “First it was a challenge that left me a lot of benefits.. Renaud is passionate about yoga. “Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages,” says Johns Hopkins medicine. “And, if you’re going through an illness, recovering from surgery or living with a chronic condition, yoga can become an integral part of your treatment and potentially hasten healing.”

Renaud is an avid mountain climber, and credits it with changing her life. “I could say that just like me, I don’t stop talking, the mountain never stops talking to you,” she says. “I would love for all the people in the world to go to the top, live those experiences, you certainly go up as a person and go down another different, another stronger, more confident and who values everything much more.”

Renaud enjoys a plant-based diet not just for her, but for the whole family. “Plants give your body what it needs to help fight off infection,” says Andrea Murray, MD Anderson health education specialist. “A plant-based diet strengthens your immune system to protect you against germs and microorganisms.”
