Meadow Walker Lathers Up in “SPF 10000000” in Swimsuit

Meadow Walker is wearing sunscreen in her swimsuit. In a few new recent social media posts the model daughter of late actor Paul Walker shows off her amazing figure in bathing suits. “SPF 10000000,” she captioned a mirror selfie, her face covered in sunscreen. In another she lounges in her bathing suit on the beach. “Little koala bear,” one of her followers commented. “Hiiii beauty,” added another. How does the model approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

“I’m really into wellness, especially natural holistic medicine,” Walker explained to Vogue in 2021. “I love acupuncture, yoga and meditation. I work with a healer who practices Chinese medicine and we’re doing breathwork, which is much more difficult than I thought.”

Meadow loves yoga. “bts backbends with my favorites,” she captioned a post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Meadow takes “really good care” of her skin. She is also “really into” crystals. “I grew up with crystals in the house and I actually have my dad’s entire collection, probably more than 30—including massive ones the size of a laptop—in my apartment,” she told Vogue. “I’ve been putting them out in the moonlight and charging them for as long as I can remember.”

Walker loves swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

“Eating healthily and what feels best for you is also important,” Walker told Vogue about her approach to eating.
