In the comments section in one of Madison’s posts she was asked: “What do you eat everyday and what do you indulge in?! Lookin great lady!” She responded that “protein, salad, rice everyday,” is at the core of her diet. As for breakfast, in a recent Instagram Story Madison reveals that she focuses on protein in the morning, eating one boiled egg, half a tomato, detox tea with lemon, and an Atkins iced coffee protein shake. She also eats a lot of meat, opting for smaller pieces paired with veggies and carbs. For lunch or dinner she might eat some whole grains, like brown rice mixed with quinoa, roasted broccoli, and a small piece of steak.

Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

In a recent post, Madison reveals that she is a fan of ice baths. Why should you consider one? Limited research claims they can help with easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.
