Cavallari makes time for self-care. One of her go-to pastimes is getting massages. She tells Glamour that this helps her after a workout. “Massage all day, every day, because I lift weights four to five days a week, and I feel like a massage is almost part of the health protocol to help get my body back into place. I try to get one every two weeks.”

Cavallari spilled some of her health and wellness secrets to Us Weekly. She says that she likes to do a bunch of different workouts to stay in shape. “Like everyone else, my workout and health routine has been up and down during quarantine, but I finally have gotten back on track,” she explained. “I lift weights, but I do circuit training to keep my heart rate up. I also started doing hot yoga every once in a while. I don’t do it as often as I would like, but I love it when I’m able to make it happen.”
