KIM Kardashian has shared a new video announcing that she’s battling a shoulder injury, but fans don’t think they have the full picture.
Kim, 43, posted the video on Tuesday while showing fans what she carried in her bag.

She was wearing a tight grey T-shirt while sitting at a table in what appeared to be her living room.
She showed off some basic items like sunglasses, gum, and several beauty products including a hair brush.
The Kardashian also took the time to promote her own lip color and lip liner from her brand SKKN.
Then, she showed off a bright green exercise band that she keeps on hand because she “tore” her shoulder and she needs to “do her rehabbing.”
Kim breezed over the new information and quickly showed off the skincare and other makeup she kept in her bag.
In the video, it’s also apparent that two of her fingers were wrapped in thick bandages.
Fans have seen these bandages before because the Hulu star’s been wearing them for the past few weeks.
At the end of the video, she also revealed that she had the hand wrap for her fingers.

Kim’s hair was slicked back and she wore full glam makeup for the occasion.
As the mother of four exited her vehicle and made her way inside the building for the show, she hid her hands from cameras.

For one final picture, the California native opened her jacket to reveal she was wearing no shirt underneath.
