Kelly has been working out with Anna Kaiser for many years, doing her dancing workout. “Danced my way through 2022,” she captioned a recent video of herself getting her sweat on. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Kelly drinks a glass of milk in the morning. “The nest might be empty, but my morning glass is full of MILK. A splash of coffee, a dry body brush and a detailed skincare routine help too. Kickstarting my day my way,” she captioned a post.

Kelly told People in 2022 that she started using Botox in her armpits to combat excessive sweating before she using it elsewhere. “For me, it was just more of my comfort level,” she explained. “If I worked off camera, I would not wash my hair with regularity or wear makeup but when I started to see things that I didn’t like, I thought, well, the next turtleneck is going to have two eye holes. I’m not saying you should let people bully you into cosmetic procedures. These are my choices for me.”

When Kelly isn’t working out with her trainer you can find her blasting calories outdoors. She enjoys walking, swimming, and even rock climbing. In fact, she and husband Mark Consuelos spent a recent anniversary climbing rocks together. “Couple’s therapy,” she captioned one of the Instagram posts of their adventure.

Kelly put down the bottle in 2017. “I did a sober month – all my girlfriends did it, we all did it together – I just never went back to it,” she told People. “It felt great, I felt like I looked great, I felt like I didn’t feel hungover.”
