Jenna Jameson’s wife, Jessi Lawless, seeks to annul their marriage, alleging she was misled about big debts and a broken sobriety vow.
Lawless has officially initiated annulment proceedings, citing significant reasons for seeking to have her marriage to Jenna declared null and void. She contends that she was deceived into entering the marriage, arguing for its complete expungement from official records.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Lawless states Jameson claimed to be financially independent and debt-free before their marriage. She also alleges that Jameson promised to contribute financially to the household.

According to Lawless, one detail was incorrect. She alleges that Jameson did not disclose having a $500,000 tax debt.
Furthermore, Jessi Lawless claims that Jenna Jameson committed to remain sober upon their marriage, a commitment that, according to Jessi, has not been fulfilled. Due to this and other factors, Jessi believes the marriage was based on false pretenses and seeks an annulment.
In her documents, Jessi clarifies that neither party is expecting a child. They also have already divided their communal property. Additionally, she is not seeking spousal support. She highlights that their legal marriage took place in June 2023, marking less than a year since their union. The request for annulment has not yet been approved.
Recently, Jameson defended herself against the claims of her sobriety issues, calling it “attack therapy.” She believes such public shaming could lead an addict to relapse. Instead, she advocates for supporting loved ones battling with sobriety.
“Expressing your unconditional love and support may be one of the kindest things you can do,” Jameson explained to The Daily Mail. “Let them know that you are there for them — relapse or not, 10 days sober or 200.”
Meanwhile, Jameson has a complex past love life. She is the mother of twin sons, Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette, aged 15, with her former partner, retired UFC fighter Tito Ortiz, who has full custody of the boys.
She also has a seven-year-old daughter, Batel Lu, with her ex-fiancé Lior Bitton, a diamond dealer. Jameson’s past marriages also include Brad Armstrong, an adult film director, from 1996 to 2001, and Jay Grdina, an adult film actor, from 2003 to 2006.
