Rhoda revealed a lot of her wellness secrets in an interview with Elle. One of the things she talked about was the food she eats after a workout. Rhoda says that she likes to enjoy something healthy after a sweat session. “I usually do a salad, or if it’s in the morning I love scrambled eggs. I don’t know why that’s like my favorite thing after a workout in the morning, so I always look forward to that, and I put a little Sriracha sauce on it, which I’m addicted to. I’m putting it on everything now.”

Rhoda tells SELF that she likes to make chicken at home as a way to help her eat healthy. She says that she likes how versatile chicken is, and how healthy it is. “When I’m at home, I make chicken. The other night I made four chicken breasts, put it under the broiler for 12 minutes with some soy sauce and Miracle Whip and Caribbean jerk rub and then I just put it in the fridge. I can have it as a snack or on my salads, but it’s just good to have prepared.”

Rhoda revealed that she makes exercise a priority in her interview with Elle. She says that this approach helps keep her accountable. “I make workouts more of an appointment rather than something that’s optional, so that I can’t really bail on it. Or, I’ll tell a friend to meet me at this place to work out, like spin class or whatever, and that way I’ll also be more motivated to get up. You’re held accountable and they’re going to be mad if you don’t show up, so that helps. You’re like, Ugh, I have to go, but then you feel better afterwards.”

Rhoda tells Elle that her favorite way to workout is by going to a SoulCycle class. She says that the classes are easy to fit into her schedule, and fun to do. “For me, I never get sick of it. It’s just a great workout. It’s so convenient too because they’re all over the city and they’re every hour, so you can go after work, before work, on your lunch break, any time.”

Rhoda loves to use a fitness tracker, specifically a Fitbit, to help track her movement. She tells Fitbit’s blog, “I love being able to see my heart rate when I’m working out. Normally if I feel tired I will stop for a minute, but now if I see my heart rate isn’t high I will say, “Ok, you’re not that tired!” and keep going, and that pushes me to get a better workout.”
