The No Doubt singer lounged on a couch while Blake Shelton put his arm around her.
The pair smiled and laughed in several shots as they played music and showed each other a vinyl record.
Gwen stunned in a skin-tight one-piece that was unzipped at the chest, exposing her bright blue bra underneath.

She completed the look with platform tan heels and her blond locks in loose waves.
Blake dressed up in a buttoned shirt and played a guitar.
In one shot, Gwen sat on Blake’s lap as they looked lovingly into each other’s eyes.
Their new country song, Purple Irises, played over the top.
