Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Music Festival Canceled

Guy Fieri's Flavortown Music Festival Canceled

Stick a fork in Guy Fieri’s inaugural Flavortown Fest. The two-day music and food extravaganza planned for June 1st and 2nd in the Food Network star’s hometown of Columbus, Ohio, has been canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

The festival was set to be headlined by rockers Greta Van Fleet and country star Kane Brown, and also feature performances from Bret Michaels, LOCASH, Niko Moon, and more. The event was promoted as a celebration of Columbus, with the festival grounds set to be transformed into the fictional “Flavortown” — a Fieri-themed village featuring “eats and experiences from some of Guy’s favorite Triple D restaurants from the Columbus area and around the country.”

In a statement to local Columbus station NBC4, a spokesperson for the fest stated, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Fest, initially planned for June 1-2 in Columbus, Oh, has been canceled. Thank you to all our Flavortown Fest fans for understanding and your support along this journey.”

Two-day tickets for the event were priced at $155. It is unclear whether the cancellation had anything to do with low ticket sales.
