While Tom Brady seemed to be a good sport about most of the jokes made at his expense during his Netflix roast — except, seemingly, one about Robert Craft and massages — his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen reportedly isn’t as amiable.
According to a report from People, the 43-year-old Brazilian supermodel is “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family” during the roast.
People also claim that a source said Gisele’s priority, “as always, is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted.”
Back in February, it was reported that Brady previously “accepted” that the relationship between Gisele and boyfriend Joaquim Valente began “years ago.” Brady and Bundchen, who married in 2009, didn’t officially get divorced until 2022.
One joke made by comedian Nikki Glaser went particularly viral as she said “Just knowing your ex-wife’s new boyfriend can beat your a– while eating hers, that’s gotta be terrible.”
“You have seven rings. Well, eight now that Gisele gave hers back,” Glaser also said.
Host Kevin Hart also made a crack about Gisele by making fun of Brady for not realizing she was cheating on him sooner.
“Sometimes you’ve got to f— your coach. You know who else f—– their coach? Gisele!” Hart joked. “She f—– that karate man! Jesus Christ, Tom, one of the smartest quarterbacks to ever play the game, how did you not see this coming? Eight f—— karate classes a day and she’s still a white belt!”
Even former NFL quarterback Drew Bledsoe made a Gisele joke, saying that he recently celebrated his 28th wedding anniversary which is an experience Brady will never have.
“Hey look, buddy, you have more rings than I do, but I’ve experienced a couple of things that you will never experience: the feeling of being the No. 1 overall draft pick in the NFL, and a 28th wedding anniversary. It was yesterday,” Brady’s predecessor in New England cracked.
In addition to Glaser, Hart, and Bledsode, celebrities in attendance to roast Tom Brady were Rob Gronkowski, Julain Edelman, Kim Kardashian, Dana White, Ben Affleck, Tony Hinchcliffe, Andrew Schultz, Jeff Ross, Peyton Manning, Bert Kresicher, Tom Segura, Randy Moss, Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy, and Sam Jay.
