Georgina Rodríguez in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares Gym Selfie With Shirtless Cristiano Ronaldo — Celebwell

Georgina Rodríguez is getting her sweat on in Saudi Arabia. In a few new social media posts the model girlfriend and baby mama of soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo flaunts her insanely fit figure at the gym with her man. In one of them, the genetically blessed mom snaps a mirror selfie of her and her love. How does the gorgeous 30-year-old approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

The couple that eats together, stays in shape together. “We tend to eat the same because we always eat together,” she told InStyle. She loves to cook and whips up lots of healthy meals for her family. “My star dish is lentils with chorizo sausage,” she said about the popular Spanish dish.

As can be evidenced by her latest posts Georgina has an amazing workout buddy: Cristiano. The two regularly hit the gym together. Initially “embarrassed” to train with the athlete, she confessed to Women’s Health. However, she made it a priority to keep up with him.

Rodriguez uses resistance bands, a great tool to increase the burn. They are especially helpful for her leg and lower body workouts. In this reel she demonstrates different leg workouts at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.

Georgina is a fan of Bikram yoga, an intense form of the practice. Why should you consider adding yoga to your routine? “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” says Harvard Health. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

When the cat (Cristiano) is away, Georgina and the kids play when it comes to meal time. “If he’s with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn,” she dished to InStyle.

In one of her Instagram Stories, Georgina is running on the treadmill. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
