Chris Pratt is one lucky dad.

The father-of-three has been hard at work filming movie after movie while simultaneously raising three kids.

Pratt shares a son, Jack (9), with his ex-wife Anna Faris.  He has two daughters with his current wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, Lyla (1) and Eloise (1 mo.).

Chris Pratt’s A Lucky Guy!

The ‘Guardians’ actor recently shared a photo of his ripped six pack with a gash across his chest. He paired the lack of clothing with jeans and black shoes.

He captioned the photo “Lookin cut.”

Despite his body looking absolutely drool worthy and perfect, fans couldn’t help but peep a yellow Post-It note on his mirror.

The note read, “See ya at 8:00 ish ♡ Jack.”

Peep The Note From His Son, Jack

Jack’s step-uncle, Patrick Schwarzenegger, responded, “See yah at 8 ish 😂😂😂 jackkkooo.”

His step-grandma Maria Shriver commented from her “The Sunday paper account, “The note from Jack ❤️.”

One fan commented, “It’s the note for me.”

“The note from Jack 😍,” another replied.

“It’s the see ya at 8ish note for me,” yet another fan commented.

It’s clear Jack Pratt is the real show-stopper in this photo, not his dad or his rock-hard body.

The “Parks & Recreation” alum recently opened up about the backlash he received back in 2021 about a comment he made about his “healthy daughter.”

Back in November, the ‘Guardians’ actor shared a birthday post about his new wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, to social media.

Chris Pratt Got Dragged For Bragging About Healthy Daughter

In the post he wrote, “She’s given me an amazing life, a gorgeous healthy daughter, she chews so loudly that sometimes i put in my ear buds to drown it out, but that’s love! She helps me with everything.”

Sadly, Jack was born nine weeks premature with many health problems. Today, he is a happy, healthy boy and the only ailment he has is his eyesight.

This obviously sent the internet into a tizzy with a majority of people coming to Anna’s defense. Many felt this was a slight aimed at the actress and their son.

Clearly, the whirlwind blew past Pratt’s house and it had a negative effect on him.

On Friday, November 5, the actor took to Instagram Stories to share how he was feeling after getting a hefty serving of backlash.

“Good morning everybody, I went to bed last night really kind of upset and depressed, and I woke up feeling crappy,” he started off his video. “I didn’t want to work out but I knew that if I put on my Christian music playlist and got out in the woods and ran that I’d feel better.”

Now the actor is speaking about the situation in his latest interview with Men’s Health magazine.

The “Parks & Rec” alum revealed that ‘slight’ assertion hurt him very much.

“That is f***ed up. My son’s gonna read that one day. He’s nine. And it’s etched in digital stone,” he said. “It really f***ing bothered me, dude. I cried about it. I was like, I hate that these blessings in my life are—to the people close to me—a real burden.”
