I Am: Celine Dion is set to drop on Amazon Prime Video on June 25.

Celine, 56, begins the trailer by walking to her twin sons and a voice over saying that her voice is the “conductor of her life.”

She walks up to them and gives them a hug while asking if they’re alright.

They say they are and then Celine tells them she loves them in French – Je T’aime – and they reply that they love her too.

Celine is then seen playing with her sons while they have a lightsaber fight and use virtual reality.

She is then later seen playing baseball with one of them.

Other moments from the trailer include footage of her performing on stage when she was younger, her crying over canceling shows, and then her talking about her illness.

Her twins are named Nelson and Eddy Angélil, both 13.

She also shares an older son, René-Charles Angélil, 23, with her husband.

Celine’s children are kept out of the spotlight and are rarely seen by the public.

‘I WON’T STOP’

Also in the trailer, Celine cried about not being able to perform on stage due to being diagnosed with Stiff-Person Syndrome.

She has been battling with the neurological disorder for a few years now and was diagnosed in 2022.

What is Stiff Person Syndrome?

Celine Dion stepped out of the spotlight after she was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition

Stiff-Person Syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that progresses overtime.

The condition causes pain and muscle spasms that worsen over the years.

According to Contact A Family, the condition is characterized by “progressive stiffness and painful spasms in the back and limbs, which are often triggered by touch, noise or anxiety, and exacerbated by movement.”

There is currently no cure, but death from the condition is rare.

Strong spasms to the chest can sometimes cause difficulty breathing.

“I’ve been diagnosed with a very rare neurological disorder and I wasn’t ready to say anything before,” Celine said on camera.

“But I’m ready now.”

Celine got emotional when she said that she had to cancel multiple shows due to her health.

“It’s not hard to do a show, it’s hard to cancel a show,” the singer said.

“I’m working hard every day but I have to admit, it’s been a struggle. I miss it so much, the people, I miss them.”

“If I can’t run, I’ll walk. If I can’t walk, I’ll crawl. But I won’t stop,” she said.

By the end, Celine was in tears.

HER DIAGNOSIS

Celine revealed that she was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome in 2022.

She did this because she was forced to cancel shows, due to being in extreme pain.

During that time, the singer took some time away from the spotlight.

“Trying to overcome this autoimmune disorder has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, but I remain determined to one day get back onto the stage and to live as normal of a life as possible,” she captioned an Instagram post.
