Andria starts the day with green juice. “I usually wake up around 8 a.m. if I’m not working. I brush my teeth, then run to the kitchen to start brewing my coffee as I make my celery juice, which takes a certain amount of time,” she told Marie Claire. “I consider my celery juice and that hour for myself part of my beauty regimen.”

“I start my day with a workout so I sweat all the nerves out. I am a big fan of boxing, so I’ll usually box. Actually, that’s a lie—if I’m doing a red carpet, I don’t box because my hands get all red. Instead, I’ll either go for a run or do a pilates workout, or I’ll do some weights,” she told Byrdie. She added to Marie Claire that she also runs a lot and does HIIT workouts.

Adria is a big fan of drinking her nutrients. “After a workout, I have a shake with chia, ground flaxseed, maca powder, Vital Proteins, and blueberries.

“I usually do Tai Chi before work. I feel like it grounds me, it centers me. I can shift my energy from one side to the other side. I even do it right before auditions in a bathroom stall, because I get so nervous and it cools me down. I’ll do Tai Chi pretty much wherever—usually, it’s in my trailer, and I’ll light up a palo santo or something and kind of start my day. Especially if I have a really big scene and I’m nervous or doubtful or insecure… or a little too secure, Tai Chi just grounds me. Then I go over my script, and I reread it, make sure everything’s fine, make sure I don’t have any questions, and then I go to work,” Adria told Byrdie.

Adria is all about water and frozen water! “I drink insane amounts of water when I film because I see a big difference,” she told Bustle. “I always ice my face. I also see a very big difference when I’m icing my face — it’s so simple. You’re not sleeping that much and sometimes your eating schedule is all over the place because you’re now having dinner at 4 a.m. or having breakfast at 4 a.m., so I think icing is really important.”
