During the clip, she went to see her weight loss doctor, Dr. Smith, as a follow-up for her surgery.

At the beginning of her appointment, the doctor asked her to step up on the scale.

She weighed only 420 pounds, significantly less than her highest weight of 725.

In a confessional, Tammy said: “I was so worried about the number, but in six months I lost over 100 pounds.

“The last time I weighed this low I was like 15, 16.”

“It’s mindblowing. I freaking really did this,” she continued.

She also admitted that she never thought she would be able to lose this much weight.

As Tammy stood on the scale, she looked at the doctor with pride as she held back tears.

FIGHTING BACK

Tammy recently clapped back at a critic who knocked her confidence on social media.

The television star took to TikTok in response to a user who suggested she fix her teeth.

Wearing a Nightmare Before Christmas-themed onesie, Tammy spoke to her online troll directly.

“With all due respect, I wish people like you would stop commenting crap like this,” she said while pointing to a commenter who told her to “fix them teeth.”

“It’s not helping my confidence,” she continued, adding, “I was trying to keep my confidence boosted, and seeing comments about my chin or my teeth doesn’t help me.”

In the long video, Tammy continued to say that she doesn’t have the money to get her teeth fixed at the moment.

She clarified that she has enough money to pay her bills, but she said she isn’t able to start saving the large amount it would take to get them fixed.

“Why can’t you just appreciate the hard work I put in,” Tammy added. “Why can’t you just appreciate that I’m still alive.”

“Yeah I have flaws, I’m human,” the reality star concluded.
