A woman who claims to be the mother of one of Roddy Ricch’s sons has filed a child custody lawsuit against the Compton rapper.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Alexandra Kiser is asking a Los Angeles court for full custody of her and Roddy’s 3-year-old son. In addition, Kiser is requesting $20,000 a month, as she claims Roddy has not compensated her with child support.
“(He) is a very successful and highly paid entertainer who goes by the name of Roddy Ricch,” the lawsuit states. “He has a net worth of approximately $25,000,000. He commands fees of $500,000 for appearances.”
Kiser alleges that Roddy has checked out regarding his relationship with his son.
“Since his birth, I alone, spend 98% of the time with him while Rodrick lives his life without
any regard to his parental obligation or responsibility to spend time with Kadence,” Kiser claims. “Rodrick misses important holidays with him including this past holiday season. Instead, he took friends to Dubai and the Maldives on a pleasure trip.”
Kiser goes on to accuse Roddy of being “gang affiliated,” not to mention indulging in promethazine use, all of which are “concerns” for her and the pair’s son. Kiser also asks the court for financial assistance, as Roddy has allegedly not provided her with any.
“I am now asking for the court’s help by compelling Rodrick to uphold the promise he made to me and to grant financial support from him for myself and our son. For these reasons, I am also asking for sole custody,” the complaint reads.
