We can now add another famous name to the ever-growing list of people who claim to had a strange encounter with UFOs: Abbey Clancy.
For those unfamiliar, Abbey Clancy is a British model whose fame in the United States peaked when she appeared in body paint in the 2010 edition of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She is also married to former English soccer player Peter Crouch.
It was on a recent episode of his podcast The Therapy Crouch that Clancy made the stunning reveal about her mysterious UFO experience while driving near London.
“Bizarrely, the other day, I was on the A3 and I was driving. Now I’m not even joking, this is so true, Sophia saw it herself,” Abbey Clancy explained, referring to her and Peter’s daughter Sophia Crouch.
“What did you see, a UFO?” Peter asked her.
“Yes, it’s going to sound mental,” she replied.
“What I saw was very unusual,” Clancy continued. “It was a grey rainy day, it had been raining, but it wasn’t raining.
“It was pre-dusk, there was no natural bright light and the street lights hadn’t gone on yet. There was three oblongs of light, white light, above my car.
“But there was no glass, it couldn’t have been reflecting off any glass to create a almost rainbow effect. It had been raining, but you know, sometimes when the rain settles you obviously see a rainbow and its light reflect and blah blah blah. There was nothing to enable that to happen.
“And I was like, ‘Sophia, can you see them lights?’ And they were coming close together and they were traveling along the car, and then the three of them just went [makes whirring sound] in three different directions.
“And they were gone. I swear to God.”
Abbey Clancy added, “I would love an alien expert to get in touch and tell me if what I saw was really a UFO… there was no explanation at all.
“It was like they were hovering and traveling at the same speed. Bizarre.”
As previously mentioned, Abbey Clancy is far from the first famous person to have claimed an encounter with a UFO or aliens. Dan Aykroyd, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Sammy Hagar, Aaron Rodgers, Pat McAfee, Geraldo Rivera, Dave Grohl, and numerous others have also claimed to have had similar experiences.
