The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that there’s some good news to report if you’ve been missing Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) in Genoa City. Christel Khalil is officially back on set based on her recent Instagram story, so it looks like this marks the end of her maternity leave.
Khalil had a big smile as she posed with a couple of familiar co-stars in her latest photo.
Bryton James (Devon Hamilton-Winters) and Eric Braeden (Victor Newman) look like they’re happy to be reunited with Khalil following her time away.
Of course, we can’t help but notice that Khalil is sporting a new hairstyle as well. Lily is going blonde for her GC return since Khalil now has longer, lighter locks in the pic.
Will Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) think twice about giving Lily up once he sees her dazzling new look?
Time will tell, but Lily will certainly prove she’s fabulous as she comes strutting back to town and hopefully makes Daniel pay for cheating on her with Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom)!
It’ll be interesting to see how Lily gets her revenge and ultimately moves on with her life.
Daniel deserves to suffer for betraying Lily and hiding his romantic reunion while she’s been dealing with all the Mattie Ashby (Lexie Stevenson) drama out in California.
In recent months, Lily has made Mattie a priority since her daughter had to tackle the trauma of a campus fire and the tragic loss of a beloved professor.
However, Lily will eventually come home to Genoa City and show everyone that she’s not some fragile little thing that needs to be protected.
It’ll be fun to see Lily pull off some vengeful power plays and get back down to business at Chancellor-Winters, so stick with us for updates on all the excitement.
