UPLOADING her latest makeup tutorial onto TikTok and Facebook, mum-of-three Whitney Ainscough, 30, pouts and applies gloss to her filler-enhanced lips.
Within half-an-hour, the video has amassed 10k views and climbing.

And with the views comes a tyrant of comments… and they’re NOT positive.
“Your lips look like a baboon’s bum,” types one hater. “Sponger and wrong un,” says another. “Disgusting – get a job,” chimes another.
While a fourth troll goes further, angrily writing: “You should be banned and your kids taken off you.”
All the trolls believe the same thing – that Whitney, from Rotherham, South Yorks., has used her benefits cash to fund a lavish lifestyle where she has tweakments and buys her kids posh goodies.
It’s true until August last year, Whitney used to be on £1.2k-a-month benefits, receiving subsidised rent for her council house.
“It’s an absolute p***take, living off benefits,” says one of her TikTok followers. “Why do we work?”
But now the truth is Whitney, mum to Cora, 11, Addison, six, and Adley, two, can earn a staggering £4k a month (or potentially £208k a year) since her social media pages took off.
But despite her weighty monthly pay packet, she still lives in a council house with her kids and partner, painter Joel Christopher, 32. Her rent is £450 a month.
She won’t give it up and is applying for a bigger one.
“I deserve it,” she says. “Anyone is entitled to apply for a council house. If you are working or on Universal Credit you just have to put yourself on your local council’s housing list.
“Then depending on the points system used by councils you can make your way to the top of the list and will be offered a house or flat.”
Now people have gone even more bonkers – because Whitney’s flown to Egypt and paid £4k to have 80% of her stomach removed – something they initially thought she was having done on the NHS.
“It’s called Barbie surgery,” she says. “My body mass index (BMI) is only 30.05 – the minimum BMI to have the surgery. I had to stuff myself over Christmas to have the surgery. It is worth it.
“Yes, some of the money used for the surgery would have been saved when I was claiming benefits. But it’s my free money and I’ll do what I want with it.”
Get off your arse and get a job.

Whitney’s followers are up-in-arms about this.
“You should be ashamed,” wrote one person while another said: “Get off your arse and get a job.
A third troll declared:” You should be reported to the DWP.”
Whitney unashamedly shows off her controversial life including letting her daughter, then 11, get her belly button pierced, eating takeaways every night and splashing out on a gastric sleeve, for views.
And she says she “loves” the mean comments because as the TikTok and Facebook viewing figures have shot up, Whitney’s seen her income increase.
“I’m criticised all the time and do you know what – I love it,” she says. “Everytime people moan about me, I get more money – you should’ve seen my December pay packet.

“So everytime they insult me, I get more money to spend on ‘benefits’ including lip filler, a gastric band and designer clothes for my children. I don’t care what they say. Bring it on. It is my money.
“How I pay for my kids’ treats or for my mummy makeover is no one’s business. I love spoiling my kids. I love spoiling myself and I’ll use whatever financial means I can to get the perfect body. The trolls are just jealous.
“The more trolls attack me for using ‘benefits cash’ for a gastric band and lip filler the better.”
Whitney worked until taking maternity leave in 2021 to have her third child. When this finished in May 2022 the cost of nursery fees and wraparound childcare costs meant she couldn’t afford to go back to work.
“So, I went on benefits and received £1,153 a month from the taxpayer,” she says. “I learnt to live by ‘smart saving on benefits’. I could afford designer goodies for the kids because I budgeted carefully.”
I earn normal people’s monthly wage in one week.

Her benefits included Universal Credit, jobseekers’ allowance, discounted council tax, free prescriptions and cost of living payments.
“I wasn’t going to turn down cash I’m legally entitled to,” she says. “When I was working I earnt £2k before tax. After tax and NIC was taken out I was actually better off on Universal Credit than when I worked.
But now the tide has turned and she’s stopped receiving benefits after earning above the threshold.
And she boasts “I earn normal people’s monthly wage in one week.”
For Christmas Whitney splashed more than £3k on her children’s gifts including the latest iPhones and iPads.

Tweakments include lip filler and smile lines, manicures, pedicures, Botox, deep tissue massages, her ‘Barbie gastric bypass’ and later this year she’s going back to Egypt for a boob uplift and reshape and a tummy tuck.
And she claims her social media pages are a real job.
“On Universal Credit you’re encouraged to retrain and go back to work,” she says. “I did that and thanks to the trolls I’m now really rich.
“Who cares if I get trolled and slagged off for spending ‘benefits’ money on myself?
“The keyboard warriors can b**** all they like – it’s just paying for my life.”
