Kayla, 25, has been sharing glimpses into her relationship with boyfriend Ryan Leigh, who has a child of his own.
The Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant star shares a son called Izaiah with her ex Stephen Alexander and a daughter Ariah with Luke Davis.
Ryan, for his part, has a son.
Kayla has shared several photos of herself and Ryan, as well as sweet moments with their blended family.

On December 31, Kayla shared an Instagram video that showed her hiding beneath a baggy green sweatshirt that read: “California” and “San Francisco.”

She also had a yellow turtleneck on under it.
The video was meant to review adult products in a sponsored capacity.
Fans, however, struggled to look past anything other than Kayla’s potential pregnancy.
“I have a feeling you’re pregnant, no judgment here, let us know whenever you’re ready. You look gorgeous btw,” one fan wrote.
“That’s a nice big sweatshirt,” a second commenter chimed in.
“Lol…if you were using that you wouldn’t be pregnant,” another quipped.

In December 2023, Kayla took to her Instagram Story to share a video with her followers.
In the clip, she showed off her Mixtiles printed framed pictures.
She wore an oversized gray sweatshirt, which some fans felt was her attempt at hiding a potential baby bump.
The Michigan native had on a loose plaid shirt over the sweatshirt and finished the look off with black pants.
Her brown hair was pulled back into a ponytail with two strands hanging down in her face.
Her daughter Ariah helped her put up the frames on the wall.
CHRISTMAS CLUES
Teen Mom fans spotted even more clues in Christmas photos of Kayla with her boyfriend and their respective kids.
She shared one photo of her and Ryan posing together in matching holiday pajamas.
The couple appeared loved up, smiling as they sat side-by-side.
They then appeared in a photo with all three of their kids.
Kayla captioned the pics: “It’s tiiiiimmeee,” adding a Santa Claus emoji and a red heart.
In the comments, fans fawned over the happy couple while others speculated that she’s pregnant.
People in the latter group said they saw a bump in the pics.
