More fuel for the “fred again vibes” fire.
This week, Fred again.. put fans on alert after announcing he’s “working on something.” Across his social media pages, the red-hot electronic music producer shared snippets of three unreleased songs tentatively titled “ten (the firrrrrsttt day back),” “adore u (toronto-home edit9)” and “JohnMystery (Edit3B).”
The bittersweet, chopped-up vocals of the first demo alongside the uplifting keys and romantic lyrics of the ensuing snippets should appeal to fans of any of Fred’s recent releases.
It’s no surprise that the hype surrounding Fred’s new music is meteoric. The new teasers follow his headlining mainstage Coachella set alongside Skrillex and Four Tet as well as two momentous tours: a European leg that instantly sold out and an unprecedented run of eight consecutive shows at LA’s Shrine Expo Hall.
At the time of writing, Fred again.. has not yet revealed further details on the new music, including a release dates. You can listen to previews below.
