The former couple split in 2022 after four years of marriage.
In an interview with Eileen Kelly’s Going Mental podcast, Emily revealed it was hard to leave Sebastian because she valued having a family over her happiness.
“I didn’t have the courage to leave for a long time. I was really, really unhappy,” she confessed.
“I was, like, 100 pounds, and I had just had a baby. I got really skinny ’cause I was not OK.”
