TODAY star Al Roker’s daughter Leila has received a message from her famous dad right before she begins her exercise routine.
Leila values fitness just like Al does, and similar to the ABC anchor, she often documents her workouts on social media.

Earlier this morning Leila, 25, shared a photo of her Apple watch on her wrist to her Instagram Stories timeline.
On the face of the watch was a pic Al, 69, smiling.
The weatherman’s image came up as a notification for Al’s new audio workout episode on Apple Fitness +.
In her Story slide caption, Leila revealed that the alert came right in the middle of her workout.
“Was about to start my strength training workout,” Leila wrote.
“When I saw @alroker on @applefitnessplus.”
Leila isn’t only following her dad’s lead when it comes to working out.
The eldest daughter of the Today icon and Deborah Roberts, 63, is stepping into the spotlight with the launch of her very own podcast.

Leila took to Instagram in December to break the news, creating a dedicated page for her audio show.
In a new video on Friday featuring Leila and her co-host Lauren Williams- where Leila exuded a striking resemblance to her stylish mom, sporting chic glasses- the essence of the podcast was revealed.
“Welcome to Cross Culture podcast,” Leila enthusiastically declared in the promotional post.
“Where we dive into pop culture, Black culture, fashion, literature, media, and everything in between.”
Acknowledging the saturation of the podcasting world, Leila posed a rhetorical question.
She could be heard asking: “You’re probably thinking, does the world need another podcast? The answer is probably not, but trust us. You’ll want to listen to this one.”
Accompanying the announcement was a sleek logo for the podcast, adding an extra touch of flair to the reveal.
The first episode is already available, as indicated on the podcast’s Instagram page.

“Wow, Leila! This is brilliant!” exclaimed one fan in the comments section.
