Hailey joined Kendall, 28, who was there to promote her liquor brand, 818 tequila, to give a speech to university students.
The beauty mogul went casual in a striped sweatshirt, black miniskirt, white socks and patent leather loafers.
She styled her dark brown hair in a simple middle parting and framed her features with glowy makeup.
Kendall, meanwhile rocked a double denim look teamed with a white tank top and brown leather pumps.
The close friends beamed as they made their way through a crowd of cheering students to the stage.
Hailey wasn’t joined by her husband Justin, who appears to have remained at home in Los Angeles.
Her trip comes just days after she leaked a private text that appeared to throw “brutal” shade at Justin.
On Saturday, Hailey posted a screenshot of a message that read, “He is inconsequential to my existence.”
Fans speculated that she was talking about the Baby hitmaker.
“Is she saying Justin is inconsequential to her life???” one asked, and another added, “This is brutal.”
“Maybe he wants to run out from that nonsense they called marriage, he is suffering a lot,” a third claimed.
Hailey’s friend Emily Ratajkowski also waded into the conversation, commenting, “Last slide.”
Others shut down the theories, claiming the post was from the Real Housewives of Potomac.
In a recent episode, Wendy Osefo told her rival Nneka Ihim, “I have no interest in having a conversation with someone whose existence is inconsequential to my happiness.”
Hailey’s fan commented on her post, “It’s from the Real Housewives of Potomac. Calm down.”
