Blake Shelton performed at the New Year's Eve: Nashville's Big Bash

BLAKE Shelton has appeared during New Year’s Eve: Nashville’s Big Bash for a performance.

The 47-year-old got on stage with Trace Adkins, 61, to perform Hillbilly Bone – a song they sang together back in 2011.

They also performed the song Hell Right by Blake, which also featured Trace.

Blake was sporting a very casual outfit made of a crisp black button-up shirt and dark jeans.

Trace’s outfit matched The Voice coach’s nicely.

He was wearing dark jeans, a black T-shirt, an open black button-up, and a black cowboy hat.

They sang close together like two old friends during their performance in front of an audience.

While some fans were thrilled to see the duo perform together again no matter what the situation was, others were furious it wasn’t ‘live.’

NOT SO LIVELY

Critics on X, formerly known as Twitter, were quick to point out that Blake’s ‘live’ performance was prerecorded.

Although it was recorded prior to New Year’s Eve, Blake and Trace still sang in front of a live audience during the performance.
