The show, which follows the life of shop worker Caz, is being produced by pop supremo Pete Waterman and the band.

Steps said: “We’ve been lucky to do many things together as a band, but the question we get asked again and again is, ‘Where is the Steps musical?’

“We’ve searched for the perfect story for our music and we’ve found it in the aisle of a seaside superstore, where four friends set out on their own Summer of Love.

“It’s a story of friendship, romance and community; packed with our biggest hits and sure to have everybody laughing, crying and dancing in the aisles.”

I spent my younger years begging my mum to let me have dreadlocks like Faye, so I could not be more excited.

See you in Brum.

SHE’S come under fire from fans after repeatedly showing up late on her Celebration Tour.

But Madonna’s long-time collaborator Niki Haris has begged fans to give the Queen of Pop a break.

Niki, who was a backing singer and dancer for Madge, said: “People just don’t understand how much good work she does behind the scenes.

“Like giving a lot of money away that people don’t know about.

“Helping children that people just don’t know about.

“That’s the best part about Madonna.”

It’s wonderful she’s so charitable . . . but her fans would love her even more if she could set an alarm on her smartphone.

I’D like to know how much talc it took to squeeze Paloma Faith into this black latex dress.

The singer looked amazing as she spoke at the Victoria And Albert Museum in London about her upcoming album, The Glorification Of Sadness.

Paloma wrote the record after walking out on her husband, artist Leyman Lahcine, in 2022 – and after hearing some of the tracks last year, I can confirm it’s a pretty emotional listen.

Opening up about their split, Paloma, who has two kids with Leyman, said: “I feel a real sense of responsibility.

“Stages of grief are still present, and even two years on I still feel this guilt that I have failed my children.

“It’s my only regret.”
