MILEY Cyrus has fans commenting on her completely different appearance after revealing her new single cover.
The Grammy-winning singer dropped the cover for her new single, Doctor (Work It Out), with Pharrell Williams, 50.

The simple artwork showed Miley, 31, from the chest up as she pouted her mouth for the camera at the bottom of the frame.
The Angels Like You hitmaker completely covered her body in a light blue, fuzzy jacket and large diamond earrings.
She rocked her big, voluminous hair styled in loose waves, similar to her look for this year’s Grammy Awards – where she won her first-ever awards for Record and Pop Solo Performance for her hit song, Flowers.
Miley’s face was the focus of the new cover as she stood in front of a blank wall with her and Pharrell’s names, as well as the song title, placed in pink lettering above her.
Taking to Reddit with a photo of the cover reveal, some fans couldn’t help but call out the celeb’s noticeably carved-out cheeks.
Many commented on the difference in her facial structure recently, believing she had a buccal fat removal procedure done.
“We need to imprison whatever plastic surgeon pioneered buccal fat removal,” one person wrote.
“Can’t tell if it’s the buccal fat removal or the giant veneers that make her look so off these days,” a second added.
“I’m sad that buccal fat removal and veneers are ‘in’. I don’t think I’ve seen a single person who looks better afterwards,” a third mentioned.
“Is she able to close her mouth normally anymore? I’m not asking as a dig, but asking sincerely. She’s had so much work done to her lower face…” asked a fourth.

Some questioning happened after the Wrecking Ball singer shared new Instagram photos while sporting her dark brunette locks.
She made a similar pout expression, emphasizing her chiseled cheeks as she glared into the camera.
“What happened to your face?!!” one person wrote in the comments, while a second similarly questioned, “Has anyone else noticed Miley’s facial change?”
“I just hope you don’t become obsessed with medical procedures. You are already beautiful,” another wrote.
Others inquired about surgery, saying, “The buccal fat removal trend is the fn worst. Why would you want to take away your youth & age yourself decades?”
AT THE GRAMMYS
Miley sported her new look at this year’s Grammy Awards in early February, where she donned a variety of outfits for her winning night.
The singer nearly risked a wardrobe malfunction in her first look of the night, which consisted of a gold, chain outfit that showed off major skin.
The revealing ensemble had fans saying she was “Giving greek goddess” as she walked the red carpet.
Miley also embodied major rockstar vibes with her high-volume hair, which kept its impressive height throughout the night.
The star surely made a statement at this year’s show – between winning her first awards, admitting she wasn’t wearing underwear during her speech, and potentially snubbing her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.
